On January 19, 1130 (December 17, the third year of Jianyan in the Southern Song Dynasty), the Jin army captured Hangzhou (Lin'an). At the same time, the Jin army was defeated by the township soldiers of Yanzhou on the coast of Zhejiang and was defeated at the foot of Niu Mountain in Tonglu County. Therefore, the Jin Jishu said that "searching the mountains and inspecting the sea" was over, and they returned north after a lot of looting in Hangzhou and other places.
