On August 1, 2001, the General Administration of Customs and the State Administration of Foreign Exchange's "Port Electronic Law Enforcement System" export foreign exchange collection system was officially put into operation across the country. From August 1, all local foreign exchange bureaus will issue a new version of the export receipt verification form with a barcode, and register the verification form on the Internet through the system. Export units all export customs declarations with the new version of the verification form.
