Theodosius II (Greek £º¦¨¦Å¦Ï¦Ä?¦Ò¦É¦Ï?¦¢'£¬ Latin: Flavius Theodosius; April 401 July 28, 450), eldest son of Arcadius and grandson of Theodosius I, reigned as Emperor of the East from 408 to 450 and compiled the laws of the empire into the Code of Theodosius in 438.
