The two sides exchanged views on the name of the agreement, the basic structure, and the establishment of the negotiation working mechanism, and reached a number of consensuses. In the following five months from February to June 2010, the two sessions held two expert working consultations in Taoyuan, Taiwan and Beijing respectively, gradually finalizing the text of the agreement and the early harvest plan and other important content.
