Monitoring by the Hydrology Bureau of the Yangtze River Commission showed that the water levels at Hankou Station and Shashi Station continued to rise at 20:00 on the 6th, reaching 23.52 meters and 41.42 meters, and the water level at Yichang Station dropped slightly at 50.84 meters. After the Three Gorges Reservoir started regulation and storage, it is expected that the water level in the Yangtze River section in Hubei will not exceed the fortification level. The Jingnan Four Rivers will generally exceed the fortification level, but they will not exceed the warning level, and the flood control pressure will be greatly reduced.
