97 years ago today, on February 9, 1928 (January 18, 1928, the Communist International issued new instructions to the Communist Party of China. Announcement issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to accept the resolution of the Communist International On February 9, 1928, the Executive Committee of the Communist International held its ninth enlarged plenary session in Moscow, with 92 representatives from 27 countries participating. China representatives Xiang Zhongfa and Li Zhenying attended the meeting. At the meeting, China issues were included on the main agenda and the China Committee was established. The meeting finally passed the "Resolution on China Issues", criticizing the Communist Party of China's left-leaning putschism mistakes. On April 30, the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee accepted the resolution.
