On April 4, 1884, Japanese fascist war criminal Yamamoto 56 was born
On this day, 141 years ago, April 4, 1884 (March 9, 1884, the Japanese fascist war criminal Yamamoto 56 was born. Yamamoto 56 (1884-1943) was an officer in the Imperial Japanese Navy and the 26th and 27th Commander of the Japanese Joint Fleet. When he died in battle, he served as a naval general and was posthumously awarded the title of Marshal after his death. Yamamoto 56 was born on April 4, 1884, the sixth son of Takano, a samurai in Nagaoka City, Japan. He is only 1.59 meters tall. Because Sadakichi Takano was 56 years old this year, he named his son "Takano 56". In 1901, when he was 17 years old, he was admitted to the Eda Island Naval School. In 1916, after graduating from the Naval University, he inherited the family name of Yamamoto and changed his surname to "Yamamoto", changing his name from "Takano 56" to "Yamamoto 56". In 1925, Yamamoto became a naval attach at the Japanese Embassy in the United States. In 1928, he returned to China and served as captain of the USS Isuzu and the aircraft carrier USS Akagi. In 1930, Yamamoto was promoted to Major General and served as Technical Director of the Naval Aviation Department and Commander of the First Air Force. He went to London twice in 1929 and 1934 to participate in the Naval Arms Limitation Conference. In 1934, Yamamoto was promoted to lieutenant general, and in 1935, he became Minister of Aviation. He advocated "air force departmentalism" and "aircraft carrier-based offensive warfare." On September 1, 1939, he became commander of the Naval Joint Fleet and First Fleet. In 1940, Yamamoto was awarded the rank of Admiral. In the early morning of December 7, 1941, he planned and created the miracle of long-distance sneak attack in the history of world naval warfare-the attack on Pearl Harbor. In April 1943, U.S. military intelligence personnel once again cracked the Japanese code. On April 18, the U.S. military sent fighter jets to ambush in the air and shot down Yamamoto 56's plane over Bougainville Island.
