Huang Xiansheng, who initiated the formation of the "Liaoning Anti-Japanese Volunteer Army"

In late December 1931, Huang Xiansheng and Xiong Fei organized the "Liaoning Anti-Japanese Volunteer Army." This anti-Japanese armed force was uniformly reorganized when they led some of the police and public security teams evacuated from Shenyang to fight and retreat to Jinzhou. Huang, in the name of the former police chief of Liaoning Province, issued an order to organize civilian groups and police teams in various counties, recruit Hu bandits, and eliminate Zhang Xuecheng and Ling Yinqing's traitor armed forces. The General Command is located in Beipiao and has jurisdiction over 22 volunteer troops. The number of people on each route varies from more than 10,000 to less than 1,000, totaling more than 60,000 people.

During this period, Huang Ji and the Northeast People's National Salvation Association jointly acted. Later on, Zheng Guilin, Zhao Dazhong, Yu Baien, Geng Jizhou, and Zhao Dianliang each set up a flag on the left and right of the Beining Road in Suizhong, Beizhen, Heishan, Xinmin, and Shenyang, and fought against the enemy one after another. They took the initiative to attack everywhere, making the Japanese invading army uneasy day and night and exhausted themselves all day long.
