30 years ago today, on July 21, 1995 (June 24, 1995 lunar calendar), the first cross-sea railway in our country was opened to traffic. On July 21, 1995, the new railway in the Dayaowan port area of Dalian Port - Jinyao Railway was officially opened to traffic yesterday. This is the first cross-sea railway in our country in the north. Dayaowan Port is a new seaport located on the east side of Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone. The water here is deep and not frozen, and it is planned to be built into a world-class port. But there is no railway here, and everything imported and exported must be transported by car. It costs 200 million more than train transportation a year. To this end, the Ministry of Railways invested in a variety of 300 million, building a 17.76-kilometer railway from Jinzhou to Dayaowan Port, and connecting it with the Ha (Erbin) Da (Company) Railway. The railway crossed Dalian Bay twice, once across Dayaowan Bay, and passed through a mountain. Its geological conditions are called "museums". The Shenyang Railway Engineering Corporation, the three departments of the 19th Bureau of the Ministry of Railways, and the Dalian Railway Branch Engineering Company joined forces. Under the guidance of the Third Design Institute of the Ministry of Railways, the "Great Battle" began on November 15, 992.
