On January 25, 1911, the Qing court promulgated the Criminal Code of the Qing Dynasty, which was the first special criminal code in China.

I. General provisions. Provides for laws, not guilty, attempted crime, repeated crime, common crime, criminal name, commutation, surrender, discretion, additional commutation, probation, parole, amnesty, statute of limitations, time, regulations, etc.

2. Sub-rules. The 36 crimes stipulated are: Crimes against the royal family, crimes of internal enemies, crimes of external aggression, crimes of obstructing state relations, crimes of leaking maintenance, crimes of dereliction of duty, crimes of obstructing public affairs, crimes of obstructing elections, crimes of harassment, crimes of arresting and arresting imprisoned persons and escaping, crimes of concealing criminals and destroying evidence, crimes of perjury and false accusation, crimes of arson, water breaking and obstructing water conservancy, crimes of dangerous objects, crimes of obstructing traffic, crimes of disrupting order, counterfeiting currency, forgery of documents and seals, forgery of weights and measures, blasphemy of worship and excavation of tombs, opium, gambling, rape and bigamy, Crime of obstructing drinking water, crime of obstructing health, crime of wounding, crime of abortion, crime of abandonment, crime of arbitrary arrest and imprisonment, crime of inducing and enticing, crime of obstructing safety, credit, reputation and secrets, crime of theft and robbery, crime of fraud to obtain wealth, crime of embezzlement, crime of stolen goods, crime of destruction, destruction and damage.

3. Provisional Articles of Association. If a relative commits a crime, the rule of justifiable defense shall not apply. Among them, beheading is still used for 6 types of death sentences.
