Liu Huan (born August 26, 1963), a Chinese singer and native of Tianjin, graduated from the School of International Relations in 1985, majoring in French. During his college years, he won an award for participating in the French songwriting competition and was awarded a trip to Paris by the French government. After graduation, he taught at the School of International Relations. Now he teaches Western music history at the University of International Business and Economics. He has a wide body, a fat face, and a thick voice.
