In order to stop domestic violence in a timely manner, the Anti-Domestic Violence Law stipulates that schools, kindergartens, medical institutions, residents' committees, villagers' committees, social work service institutions, rescue management institutions, welfare institutions and their staff who find that a person without civil capacity or a person with limited civil capacity has suffered or is suspected of having suffered domestic violence in their work shall report the case to the public security organ in a timely manner, and those who fail to report the case in a timely manner shall bear legal responsibility for serious consequences.
