On June 4, 1855, the 29th Prime Minister of Japan, Inuyoshi, was born
On June 4, 1855 (20th April of the lunar calendar), the 29th Prime Minister of Japan, Inuyoshi, was born. The 29th Prime Minister of Japan, Inuyoshi Inuyoshi, was born, Ghost Fox Inuyoshi (June 4, 1855 - May 15, 1932) Inuyoshi, the 29th Prime Minister of Japan (1931.12-1932), the 6th President of the Constitutional Friends Association. Known as Senjiro. Mukuda. Meiji, Taisho, Showa three dynasties, important ministers, famous party politicians, main leaders of the constitutional protection movement. Revolutionary close friend of Sun Yat-sen. Nicknamed Ghost Fox, after the Manchuria Incident, he wanted to exchange the formal sovereignty of the Northeast with China for the actual dominance of the Northeast's economic interests. He was killed by a group of Japanese radical soldiers who had no political sense, did not speak the "rules of the game", and did not play cards according to common sense. They barged into the Prime Minister's official residence with open fire and shouted to kill all day long. Inuyoshi was the second son of the chief of the Heyang prefecture Tingse Village (Ichikawa, Izuokayama Prefecture), and later the family changed their surname to Inuyoshi. He studied at Nishimatsu School. He graduated from Keio University. Inuyoshi worked as a reporter for the "Post News" (later called the News) to cover the Southwest War. It is said that the story that was widely circulated at that time about the raids by the saber squad while shouting "Wuchen's revenge" came from the report of the dog. Later, he became a reporter for the "Tokai Economic News". Advocate trade protection policies. After 1881, he was informed by Shigobu Okuma and served as the secretary of the Statistics Institute, and began to enter the political arena. In 1882, Shigobu Okuma organized the Constitutional Improvement Party. In 1890, he was elected to the first batch of members of the House of Representatives, and after 42 years, he was elected 18 times in a row, second only to Yukio Ozaki. As a local lawmaker from China, he once organized the establishment of the China Progressive Party, which belonged to the same political faction as the Constitutional Improvement Party. Later, he worked to merge the two parties. In 1898, Yukio Ozaki, Minister of Education, Culture and Culture of the first Okuma Shibun Cabinet, resigned due to the republican speech incident, and Yukio Inuyang succeeded him and joined the cabinet for the first time. Due to his significant role in overthrowing the then Koutaro Cabinet (the third time) in the first constitutional protection movement in 1913, Yukio Ozaki and Ozaki were jointly known as the "God of Constitutionalism" (the God of Constitutionalism). However, due to the fact that the Constituent Kuomintang to which he belonged was seriously weakened in its power due to its efforts to overthrow Koutaro during the movement, it was reorganized into the Reform Club. After that, Inuyang had to lead such a small party to carry out activities and experience the bitterness of politics. In addition to politics, he also served as the honorary principal of Kobe During the Meiji era, Inuyoshi expressed great concern about the Chinese revolution. Under his leadership, Zhou Hirayama and Toru Miyazaki went to China to investigate secret organizations. After Sun Yat-sen arrived in Japan, Inuyoshi granted protection and actively supported Sun Yat-sen's revolutionary activities - even the name of Sun Yat-sen was chosen by Inuyoshi, a former Japanese prime minister, and his subordinate Ronin Hirayama Zhou. During the 1911 Revolution, Inuyoshi even went to Shanghai in person to visit Wuchang to express his support for Sun Yat-sen. Inuyoshi served as Minister of Culture and Minister of Letter Delivery (Minister of Posts) in the Yamamamoto Kuanbei Cabinet (for the second time). Later, he also served as Minister of Letter Delivery in the Kato Takaaki Cabinet established after the Second Constitutional Protection Movement. At this time, Inuyo realized that such a position as a small political party could be the limit, so he decided to let the Constitutional Friends Association absorb the reform club he led, and he was ready to retire from politics. However, there was no support in the society for his plan to retire. After Inuyo was forced to participate in the House of Representatives election by the support of his hometown, he was elected. After the death of the president of the Political Friends Association, Yoshihide Tanaka, there was a dispute within the association over the choice of successor to the president. In 1929, Inuyo became the sixth president of the Constitutional Friends Association. In 1930, due to the issue of the London Naval Treaty, he and Ichiro Hatoyama jointly attacked the government on the grounds of signing a contract to interfere with the command of the military. This incident made the military realize that it could use the interference of the commander-in-chief as an excuse, which paved the way for the subsequent assassination of Inuyoshi. In December 1931, the cabinet of Nakatori Jiro of the Constitutional People's Party fell, and Inuyoshi, as the president of the opposition party, was appointed to form a cabinet and serve as the 29th Prime Minister of Japan. At the time of the global economic depression, the army occupied the northeastern provinces of China by force, and the situation inside and outside Japan was very complicated and chaotic. He appointed Takahashi as the Minister of Finance of Dazo (that is, the Minister of Finance), banned the export of gold, and confronted the economic crisis with a proactive fiscal policy. But he offended the military by cutting military spending, which in turn created an incentive for himself to be assassinated by soldiers in the future. He also appointed his son-in-law Yoshizawa Kenyoshi as foreign minister, and established leadership in foreign policy that was easily influenced by the military. During Inuyang's tenure, radical nationalist forces in Japan were very rampant, and they successively created terrorist incidents such as the Sakuradamon Incident and the Blood League Incident. On May 15, 1932, naval militants Hiroshi Yamagishi and Mikami Zhuo attacked the Prime Minister's official residence after a conspiracy (known as the May 15 Incident in history) and shot Inuyoshi to death. He died at the age of 77.
