The Alliance Treaty stipulates that the three must help each other against all internal and external enemies; adopt common laws to ensure local stability; differences between the Alliance must be resolved peacefully through consultation; It also stipulates that no party to the alliance shall accept law enforcement officials who are not local or appointed for the sake of money.
