In 1906, production was resumed by Zhou Xuexi, General Office of Kaiping Mining Bureau, and changed its name to Tangshan Cement Company, and then renamed Qixin Cement Co., Ltd. Using local Beidacheng Mountain limestone and Tangfang black clay as raw materials, and purchasing advanced rotary kiln, ball mill and other equipment from Danish Smith Company, Longma Fu Taiji Tu brand (commonly known as Ma brand) cement is produced by dry method, with an annual output of about 250,000 iron barrels (about 42.5kt). After four major expansions in 1910, 1921, 1932 and 1941, it gradually became a large-scale cement plant with an annual production capacity of 300kt. During this period, it was once known as the champion of China and monopolized the cement market. The Ma brand cement it produced won honors, first class certificates and medals in the United States, Italy, Panama and other countries in 1904, 1905, 1911 and 1915 respectively.
