According to multiple sources from the South Korean government, North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is likely to depart for China by special train on Monday (September 1) to attend the 80th anniversary of the victory of China's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression.

Yonhap News Agency reported that the train ride from Pyongyang to Beijing is from 10 p.m. to 0:00 the next day. Kim Jong Un will depart on Monday before arriving in Beijing on the Tuesday (2nd) before the commemoration.

Kim Jong-un has visited China four times, including taking a special train in March 2018 and January 2019, and taking a special plane "Goshawk One" in May 2018 and June of the same year.

Although it is not possible to completely rule out the possibility of flying special aircraft, it seems that Kim Jong-un has not used special aircraft in recent years, and he is more likely to travel special aircraft.
