Today afternoon, Tajikistan¡¯s President Rahmon arrived at Tianjin Beach International Airport to attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit held in Tianjin from August 31 to September 1.

Tajikistan is one of the founding members of the SCO. At present, China-Taiwan relations are in the best period in history. In July 2024, China-Taiwan relations have been elevated to a comprehensive strategic partnership in the new era. China-Taiwan has led the building of a safe community, a development community, and announced the building of a future community. China-Taiwan political mutual trust continues to deepen, and firmly supports each other on issues involving each other's core interests.

After attending the SCO summit, Tajik President Rahmon will also travel to Beijing to attend the commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War.
