Xinhua News Agency, Astana, August 30 (Reporter Zhang Jiye) According to the news of Harbin News Agency and Noor News Network on the 29th, the archaeological team of Kazakhstan recently unearthed a number of Bronze Age cultural relics in Turkestan.

Sources said that during a recent excavation by the Archaeological Center of the National Normal University of South Kazakhstan, many Bronze Age tombs were discovered. The archaeological team unearthed a number of cultural relics such as bead strings, copper headdresses and bracelets from a tomb of women in the Andronovo culture dating from the 16th to 15th centuries BC.

Archaeologist Alexander Puduchkin said that such large-scale bronze-age artifacts are still rare in Central Asia. The artifacts showed that this was the site of ancient civilization activity, local residents master certain metallurgy and casting technology, and there is also a certain awareness of jewelry production.

The archaeological findings are of great value for academic research in Central Asia, and all the artifacts will be transferred to the museum collection after in-depth research analysis in the laboratory.
