Cambodian Prime Minister Hong Manai arrived in Tianjin at 13:58 on August 30 to attend the 2025 Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit.
Cambodia, the SCO dialogue partner, is the first country to sign the Fate Community Action Plan with China.In April this year, the two heads of state positioned China-Cambodia relations as a new era of all-weather China-Cambodia Fate Community.This is the first time China and Southeast Asian countries have raised bilateral relations to all-weather heights.

This year marks the tenth year that Nepal has become a dialogue partner of the SCO and the 70th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Nepal. Nepal is one of the first countries to join the joint construction of "the belt and road initiative", and China is Nepal's second largest trading partner. In 2024, the bilateral trade volume between China and Nepal will exceed US $2.1 billion, a year-on-year increase of approximately 22%.
Kazakh President Tokayev arrives in Tianjin to attend the SCO Summit in 2025

He will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Summit to be held in Tianjin from August 31 to September 1. Kazakhstan is one of the six founding members of the SCO. It was the last rotating chairman of the SCO. It is also the first place where the joint construction of the "Belt and Road" was initiated. Over the past 12 years, China-Kazakhstan cooperation in building the Belt and Road Initiative has yielded fruitful results.
