Before the military parade started, Trump dropped malicious words to China, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs responded with an army

Before the military parade even began, Trump made a harsh statement to China, threatening to increase tariffs to 200% unless the United States' demand for rare earths is met.

This time I saw the U.S. on China's rare-earth control, it is really a sharp eye, over time, the rare-earth inventory of U.S. enterprises is estimated to be basically empty, and the U.S. enterprises daily debt Trump, in fact, to China, saying that if the supply of rare-earth is not satisfied, then it will impose a 200% tariff on China.

How did China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs respond? In a simple sentence, we have responded to the tariff stance many times before. No, just a few words. What was the previous position? The door to talk is open and we will fight to the end. We firmly "do not kneel".

Does Trump really dare to add so many tariffs? What is the situation with China's rare earth exports? Is it necessary for us to completely open up rare earths to the United States in order to ease the tariff contradiction?

First of all, I say my personal point of view, I think that Trump is not daring or impossible, again to impose 200% tariffs on China. The reason is simple, the military law has a cloud of "one blow to the air and fall", the U.S. tariffs on China have increased to more than 100%, but the U.S. itself has negotiated with China and canceled the high tariffs.

The next time the U.S. raises tariffs to 200%, will China still believe it?

Secondly, the issue of China's rare earth exports to the United States is still in a game. I have emphasized many times before that our rare earth exports to the United States will definitely be partially opened, but we will also strictly control the export of rare earths to US military enterprises.

There are two reasons for partially opening up rare earths to the United States. The first reason is that this money is not earned for nothing. Our rare earth production capacity is now very large, and we need to take advantage of the current monopoly advantage to raise the price of rare earths. In the past, our rare earth price was the price of cabbage, so we slowly raised the price of rare earths to the level of luxury goods. The money earned is used to feed back to domestic rare earth enterprises, increase investment in scientific research, improve mining efficiency, and clean up environmental pollution.

The second reason is that we can't completely cut off the supply of rare earths to the United States, which will only force the United States to develop its own rare earths. The scientific research capabilities of the United States are still very strong. We export some rare earths to the United States, hanging the rare earth industry in the United States and preventing them from completely recovering.

So in terms of rare earth strategy, how can we make good use of this card to gain dominance in the game of US tariffs? I personally believe that rare earths can be exported, not only to increase the added value of profits, but also in exchange for the United States to lift some technological blockades.

Like China, it is impossible for the United States to provide China with the best chip technology. Most of the restrictions that the United States has recently lifted on China are also concentrated in the mid- and low-end fields. For example, the special chip supplied by Nvidia, which makes people angry when it comes to this, it is exposed that this chip has been implanted with a "backdoor".

In my observation, the game between China's rare earths and the United States' technological blockade should be the most intense non-military game in their history since the United States became a superpower. No country can not be intimidated by the coercion and inducement of the United States, and can still stand up and negotiate with the United States. From this point of view, we have "won".
