The position is slightly higher than the position of the First Special Zone flag.
Similarly, local people said that some schools in your city were closed in an emergency since August 27th in the area controlled by the Deang National Liberation Army (TNLA).
A local public said the emergency shutdown of schools could be due to security concerns, as airstrikes could arrive at any time, in order to prevent airstrikes.
