Kim Jong-un said that the warriors followed the orders of the motherland, risked their lives to charge, and made immortal deeds. Kim Jong-un expressed his deep regret for failing to save the precious lives of North Korean officers and soldiers who died on foreign battlefields and brought them back to North Korea, and expressed his deep condolences to all the bereaved families.
Kim Jong-un said: "To send the children of the heroes left behind to the revolutionary academy is the full responsibility of me, the nation and our military to take care of them, and to educate them to be strong and brave warriors like their father, the backbone of our revolution."
